Dolphin Encounter - Isla Mujeres

Swim with the dolphins in a totally natural environment, in the beautiful Isla Mujeres. Program ideal for kids of all ages!

During this activity, you and your family will have the opportunity to play and receive all the affection of dolphins. Your kids will be able to enjoy safe and fun activities with dolphins. Doesn’t matter if you are 1 or 80 years, you will enjoy from a platform that will cover half of your body and swimming is optional.
You wil have the chance to hug it, kiss it, let it kiss you on the cheek, and enjoy watching your new friend while it performs a series of amazing behaviors.

Meeting point:
The tour departs from the Marina Aquatours in the Cancun hotel zone. (Km 6.5 on the lagoon side -across Playa Tortugas – Turtles beach)

• 15 min. briefing and 40 min in the water
• Roundtrip Cancun - Isla Mujeres - Cancun, departing from Marina Aquatours
• Beach Club (lockers, showers, swimming pool, lounge chairs)
• Free admission for kids 1 y.o to 2'11'' (See additional info)
• Activities: Handshake, Hand target (dolphin jumps towards your hands), Games with balls and other playing toys, Dancing, Free time with dolphins, Hug, Kiss

• It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program.
• Kids: The minimum age to participate is 1 year old, and must be big enough to fit in a childrens life vest. Kids under 2'11'' tall participate free of charge with a paying adult. In order to receive this promotion, dont include your free child in the reservation when booking, only write your request in the comments field during your order. Kids under 3'11" require a paying adult to be in the water with them. Kids over 3'11'' tall can do the activity by themselves.
• The use of safety vests is required in all water programs.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women with more than 5 months are not allowed in any of our aquatic activities. Pregnant women with 5 months or less will be able to participate only if accompanied by another adult and having signed the responsibility form.

What to bring:

• Swimwear, towel, camera and a hat.
• Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
• Bring cash for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.

• No refunds will apply for cancellations made within 4 days before your program.
• All changes are subject to availability, on 24 hours prior request.
• Partial or full cancellations will be subject to a 10% charge, per person.
