Primax Swim with Dolphins

Primax is an special way to swim with dolphins that will exceed all your expectations. During your swim you will be able to observe the intelligence and the amazing abilities of these skilled animals.

This special program allows you to spend qualified time swimming with dolphins in a single way that only Delphinus can offer. Youll be able to soothingly caress their backs and their belly, to kiss them and be kissed; but what truly stands out from this swim with dolphins program is the Foot Push activity, where dolphins will propel you with all their strength and glide you thru the water! Afterwards, youll be surprised by their impressive jumps just a few foots away from you.

LOCATIONS AND SCHEDULES

Cancun (Dreams Cancun Hotel):
Monday to Sunday: 9:00, 10:30, 12:00, 13:30 and 15:00 hrs.

Riviera Maya:
Monday to Sunday: 8:30, 9:45, 11:00, 12:15, 13:30, 14:45 hrs.

Xel-Ha:
Monday to Sunday: 9:30 am, 10:30, 11:30, 12:30 and 14:00 hrs.

• Hotel pick up and drop off for Riviera Maya location in Riviera Maya hotels or Dreams Cancun locations in Cancun hotels
• Towels and lockers.
• Bathrooms, showers, dressing rooms and facilities for handicapped people.
• Activities: Footpush, Kisses, Hugs, Jumps, Signals, Swirl, Dolphin Sing, Free interaction time, Signaling dolphins.
• Time: 60 minutes (50 in the water and 10 in briefing).

Not included:

• Transportation to Xel-Ha Park
• Photo and DVD.
• Xel-Ha admission fee

• The lowest height must be at least 3.3 feet (1 mt.) to enjoy this activity.
• Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by one adult (both pay ticket)
• Wearing safety vests during any water program is mandatory.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in any of our aquatic activities.

Pick-up Information:

• Pick up is available for hotels located in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Exact time of your pick-up will be sent by email after booking.
• There is NOT transportation service for Xel-Ha Park
• In case we dont have pick-up for a specific hotel or location will be sent you the nearest meeting point where pick-up is available

What to bring:

• Bathing suit and towel
• Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
• Bring extra cash for souvenirs, photos and video

• Cancellations made 48 hrs before = 100% refund
• Cancellations made between 36-48 hrs before = 80% refund.
• Cancellations made between 24-36 hrs before = 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before = no refund.
• No show = no refund
