Whale Sharks are the largest fish in the world measuring up to 40 feet and weighing up to 15 tons. Fortunately they are totally harmless and peaceful. During your vacation in Cancun you have the once in a lifetime opportunity to get up close to one of these amazing creatures.

While you are swimming with a whale shark there is nothing to fear, they feed exclusively on plankton and are therefore completely harmless to humans. In this expedition you will be accompanied by experts who will provide you with all the necessary information to better understand the behavior of these wonderful creatures.

The whale shark, only come to this waters between May and September and they don´t swim to close to the beach, they swim in open water.


Itinerary

06:45 AM: Coffee break and reception in Marina "Solo Buceo" located at Dreams Hotel (Km. 9.5 Hotel Zone Cancun)
07:00 AM: Departure, informative briefing: Certified guides will provide you with information about whale shark and rules for the snorkeling trip.
08:00 - 09:00 AM: Arrival to the whale shark area. We gear up and jump in the water two at a time with one guide: You will get as close to animals as you want as long as you dont interfere with their natural behavior. We go for the amazing experience with the biggest fish in the world! Pair of guest will rotate in the water as many times as they want. Once theyve had enough, we head home.
12:00 AM: Lunch time
02:00 PM: Arriving back to the marina.
