Xcaret Tour and Swim with Dolphins
Enjoy the wonder of Xcaret and the experience of swimming with dolphins in this great tour! You will be picked up at the lobby of your hotel, and take you to the adventure in a a natural paradise.
The road to Xcaret is approximately 1 hr 20 min, the bilingual guide, will give you the information and suggestions about the tour and Xcaret.
Arriving at Xcaret, you will check your swim schedule and then get into this beautiful natural paradise. At Xcaret, you can find underground rivers, butterfly, aviary, Maya centre, snorkel, beach, inlet, and many more activities.
During the swim with dolphins activity, your primary interaction will be with the adult mother dolphins, fhe program includes an explanation about the dolphins and a visit to the maternity area to witness the different stages of growth of the offspring. Then the visitors in groups of six people get into the water and interact with four dolphins, two mothers and their offspring aged between 10 months and two years old. This part of the program is developed mostly with mother dolphins and the offspring go with them, play and learn freely. The dolphins perform several activities with you, such as the kiss, hug, signs, bar jumping, whirlpool, foot push with two dolphins, dancing, singing, hand shake, free diving, greeting tail and pectoral greeting under supervision of the trainers. In the end, you can see the dolphins underwater with water mask.
After your dolphin swim, you'll get to relax and enjoy Xcaret Park for the rest of the day, particularly we recommend you visit the Mexican Cemetery of the Mayan Village, the chapel, the natural pools, the aquarium or, if you want more adventure, you can try the Sharks Tour, the Snuba (snorkeling with underwater breathing system) or the Sea Trek (underwater walk and breathe).
At night, you can not miss the incredible Xcaret Night Show, an spectacule that is worth the day trip by itself,
