It took 2 hours just to get out of Cancun. Our tour guide never talked to the people on bus until almost to Playa Del Carmen. Then he just told us over and over it was express tour and what we needed to do. He wasnt friendly and seemed annoyed to be there. Not a great experience.

90 minutes at the beach isn't long enough. Need 1 more hour added on to it or at least 2 hours there. This is our second time taking this trip.

All of the travel was efficient and on time. The beach club was OK, but it would be nice to have access to some of the amenities. Our tour guide was a bit too long winded in their explanations. Overall, a fun time.

Ventura and Pepe were wonderful guides with a lot of info! It was the express tour we chose and wished we had more time at the Tulum beach and the shops but we were then brought to Playa Paraiso Beach which was just as beautiful!

The tour guides seemed very knowledgable. The van transportation was very clean and air conditioned, and on time. Only thing i would say is to provide more than one small bottle of water for a tour that is outside for more than a couple of hours. Tulum was beautiful.

This was a great short tour, which is what I originally wanted. But after being at the Tulum Ruins, I wish I had more time at the ruins instead. The beach club was beautiful and the restaurant had great food.

Pepe & Cristofer were very friendly, professional, and this tour was well worth it. Prompt pickup at the hotel, very informative tour. The only suggestion would be more time at the beach and more time for lunch between tulum ruins and the beach. Otherwise, excellent on all counts!

Overall, this was a good experience. Enjoyed the ruins and our guide Ventura was very nice and knowledgeable about the history of the ruins and the Mayas. However, the small bus was too hot and there were not enough chairs at the beach club that were included in the package.

Tour guide Ana was a wealth of information on Tulum and Mayan history. Great tour. If you're already staying at a beach resort, skip the package that takes you to the private beach club. There's just not enough time to appreciate it and the beach is no different than that at Cancun/Cozumel/Playa del Carmen, etc. Go with the package that gives you more time around the ruins and time to explore the shops in the area.

Tulum was amazing. Need about at least 30 more minutes at Tulum for free time to walk around and take more pictures. Also needed more time at Palisco Beach as 90 minutes wasn't enough. Need another hour time at that beautiful beach. The food there at that beach was really good along with their beach side service.

The tour bus was very punctual. They announced well when they came at the meeting place (as there were few other tours buses of other companies there).Tour started on time, guide was really nice, informative, humorous. The van that took us to Paradiso beach was punctual, clean and the driver very polite.

I loved the historical Tulum, the beach was also a bit "untouched" style and all together it worth the price.

The bus was dripping water from the a/c unit on the people of the back row, that is my only negative review, be sure that your bus isn't leaking on your customers. I would have liked more time to spend in the souvenir shop. The store had unique items in it which made it different from the Senor Frog's in Cancun. The tour guides were very helpful and full of rich information, so future customers please be sure to tip them. My friend and I did the extended tour to the private beach for a little extra. Be sure to pack a lunch or bring plenty of pesos if you want to eat at the restaurant they have on the beach. Other than that everything was great and very relaxing. You don't have to worry about anything, everything is taken care of except for lunch and you be sure to bring some water. One bottle of water was provided but it goes quickly on a sunny day.
