Wonderful tour experience, exactly as described, and guides were informative and fun! Definitely recommend.
Our tour guides, Jose and Tony, were amazing. They were knowledgeable and hospitable. We felt like we were in great hands. Xichen exceeded our expectations.
1. No Vegetarian option for breakfast
2. Too much of a wait in the bus at the pickup location of La Pasteleria
3. Lunch was Super late around 3 pm Cancun time
4. Lunch Buffet was Super good though
5. Guide seemed to rush good spots (main temple) giving us just 5 minutes there and spent a lot of time in other less important spots
6. Free time was too less (< 60 mins) to finish souvenir shopping etc.
Our tour was great! Very organized, and I always felt comfortable, and never rushed at any of our stops. The guides were informative and very interesting. Highly recommended!
Loved the tour guides, Omar was great, very informative and engaging. Good pace, good food and beverages. Only negative was that it was a little chaotic changing buses from the hotel. I plan to recommend and use them again when in Cancun.
The tour guides were amazing and the sights, historical info, food were incredible.
This was a great all-day tour. The bus was very comfortable, the staff were great, entertaining and very accommodating! My wife and I had an amazing time, and would highly recommend this experience to anyone!

Long day, but well worth it!
If you want a Chichen Itza tour with a stop at Valladolid, this is the tour for you. The guides were fantastic.
Omar and Tony were the best tour guides. They explained everything so well, were funny and polite.

Tour was great except the stop at the Cenote...you can skip that stop!

Excellent tour. Everything was just like the website explained. Tour guides were awesome. Very informative and easy to understand. Thoroughly enjoyed the sites we visited. The bus ride was comfortable. Breakfast on the bus I didn't care for (turkey sandwich at 9am is not for me) but plenty of water (and beer for those who wanted). Traffic was a little bad coming back and we returned to the hotel later than I expected.

The guided tour of Xichen Itza was fantastic, our guide Francisco was terrific and his 35yr history of studying the Mayans made for such an indepth and intriguing tour. We could have spent more time at the site exploring all ruins and though seeing the cenote was certainly interesting too. I would have loved to swim and would suggest either allowing participants to sign a safety waiver before swimming or not including it in the trip as the 30mins could have been spent at the ruins.
Otherwise, incredible day and fantastic staff.
I really enjoyed this tour. I was disappointed that I couldn't climb the ruins but other than that every thing was wonderful.
We loved the excursion. Manuel was very knowledgeable and he made the entire day an absolute delight.
Alfonso is a very experienced and knowledgeable guide! I truly enjoyed his guidance and explanation on Mayan culture.

Out tour guide Nestor Leon was very knowledgeable and eager to answer all questions. It was an awe inspiring tour especially seeing El Castillo.
Everything was great!!! The entire package was a good value!! My only complaint and others from my group/ family that attended was the time in Valladolid was way too short. We all would have liked to spend more time there. But otherwise it was a nice time. The snacks and beer were plentiful as well. The restaurant chosen was very good with tons of a selection on their buffet.

I'd like people to know that the location you get picked up at is an intermediate location before you get on your final bus. Also, there is only one meal type available (no vegetarian option). Perhaps if you are more specific about the meal, people can plan to bring additional food with them.
I would suggest reducing the amount of time in Chichen by 30 min to increase the time in Valladolid for shopping.
The coffee was fabulous and the information on point. Our guides were very funny but also educational which I appreciated.

Too far to travel. Though the experience at Chichen Itza was worthwhile seeing there was too much time discussing Mayan Culture and not enough sight seeing. Valladolid was boring and is mostly just another place for vendors to sell their wares.
Better than expected w my mom and teenagers! Great service w breakfast and drinks to keep us cool during the hot and humid weather. We loved our lunch buffet at the restaurant. The tour guides were very friendly and spoke great English. It's a must tour!
The only thing I did not like was lunch took forever to be served. It's an all day your until about 8 pm. If your going to go, take snacks with you.
We were picked up from our hotel right on time. The tour was obviously very well organized. We got our breakfast package, and got our instructions for the day as soon as all were present. The tour guides were excellent and gave us all the information we wanted and more with a great sense of humor. This site if Chichen Itza was a marvel to behold and the guides made sure we got fully immersed in the history of the place. They also have proper warnings about the local vendors, and they gave us ample time to roam around after the guided tour.
The time at the restaurant in Valladolid was short, but well worth it.
The bus diver did a marvelous job and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. We just wished the day could have been longer.

Fernando was an amazing guide, keep him doing these tours. He made the day amazing. The tour was just the perfect amount of time and the bus was very punctual.
