Chichen Itza is the largest and most impressive of the Mayan Ruins. It is a must-see on every tourists agenda when they come to Cancun. If youre only going to see one Mayan Ruins while youre here, this is the one.
ITINERARY
7:00 AM - 8:15 AM Pick up at the hotel lobby according to the pick-up lists.
We serve a boxed Breakfast on board of our transportation that includes juice, fruit and sweet bread. Once we have picked up all the guests we have nonstop transportation to the archeological site.
10:45AM Arrival at Chichen Itza; guests remain 2 hours at the archeological site, of which 1 hour is guided tour and 1 hour is free time.
12:45 PM Departure from Chichen Itza towards the hotel zone to arrive approximately between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM at the hotel lobby.
This tour is only available on Thursdays.

- This tour requires minimum 6 participants to operate. Please verify availability before booking
- Children between 4 -11 years old pay children rate. Children under 4 enter free but cannot occupy a seat in the bus.
- This tour is available Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- The use of video camera inside the archaeological site has an additional cost.

- Pick up is available for hotels located in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Exact time of your pick-up will be sent by email after booking.
- In case we dont have pick-up for a specific hotel or location will be sent you the nearest meeting point where pick-up is available
Refunds and Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 48 hrs before = 100% refund
- Cancellations made between 36-48 hrs before = 80% refund.
- Cancellations made between 24-36 hrs before = 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before = no refund.
- No show = no refund

Our tour guide, Pedro, was knowledgeable and pleasant. Our driver drove safely and got us to and from our destination with no problems. We especially appreciated your agency securing our tickets in advance which made entrance to the site very easy. Boxed breakfast was unnecessary and in most cases discarded. Coffee, juice or water was all that was necessary.
Tour guide was excellent. He was very educated on the chitzen itza and the Mayan culture.
Samuel was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and kept the ride to and from Chichen Itza and the tour fun and interesting.
I wish we could have more time, say, 1 hour, taking pictures instead of 30 minutes. That's the only comment I have in mind. Great job! I really had a great time there!

The bus transfer on the way there was not very well organized and the return trip had us back 1 1/2 hours later than the advertised time. Overall it was a great experience and the hosts/guides were very good. I would recommend it!
Our team (Carlos/Luis/Alan) were fantastic and all passionate about the work they do. Our hotel pick up was in Riviera Maya, we were picked up at 7:15am and got back to our hotel around 5:30pm, so it made for a long day in the vehicle. We enjoyed the trip though.

You do not have to be up early and you are back to enjoy the afternoon sun in your resort.
This was a great tour with the kids, only two hours in the heat was perfect. We still even had enough time to get back to the resort and go to the beach. Perfect for kids. Mine are 4 and 6 and they did well with it.
The tour was great! Our guide, Israel, was awesome! We got all the history and sight seeing we needed in the 2 hours. The bus was comfortable and had a bathroom. We brought water and snacks for the ride back since lunch wasn't included, but there was a restaurant and snack bar at Chichen Itza. Definitely recommend this express tour!
We had a great time. The pick up was punctual. I just wish we had an extra half hour st Chichen Itza. We seemed to rush at the last part. Also the tour guide should not have mentioned the percentage of tip that we are expected to give him and the driver. I

Great tour and very knowledgeable guide. Fit easily into a busy day and we got back before 4pm!
The 2 1/2 car ride over is a bit tedious when you're crammed into seats that barely fit an average-sized person, but the breakfast provided makes the trip a little easier to bear. There is nowhere to buy food, only a snack vendor who sells chips at the restroom stop. Would have been nice to have something to eat on the ride home after wandering around for 2 hours in the blistering sun. But Chichen Itza itself is incredible and I'm glad I did the Express tour instead of the whole day, which gave us just enough time to shop at the pyramids and snap some good touristy photos.
