- The lowest height must be at least 3.3 feet (1 mt.) to enjoy this activity.
- Wearing safety vests during any water program is mandatory
- For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in any of our aquatic activities

Pick-up Information:
- Pick up is available for hotels located in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Transportation is provided to the closest habitat to your hotel: Exact time of your pick-up will be sent by email after booking.
- In case we do not have pick-up for a specific hotel or location will be sent you the nearest meeting point where pick-up is available
Refunds and Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 48 hrs before = 100% refund
- Cancellations made between 36-48 hrs before = 80% refund.
- Cancellations made between 24-36 hrs before = 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hrs before = no refund.
- No show = no refund

I would have loved to have learned a little more about the animals. I did feel most of the interactions were posed for pictures. More authentic interactions would have been nice. but it was still an amazing experience!!!
