A great experience! Everything was well organised, friendly tour guide, punctual on timetable.
The tour was great, a bit far from Cancun, but it was worth it.
Our tour guide was amazing. Like an interesting history lesson. I will bring more money next time to buy Christmas gifts from the numerous vendors who line the trails to and from the ruins. What unique jewelry and art. 1/4 the price of U.S. merchandise . . And hand made! I'll definitely go back. Made great family memories. Wish I was there now

Outstanding tour...bus was comfortable and roomy, tour guides/bus driver were professional, informative, very nice, and funny! The tour design and times were perfect.

Pick up at the hotel was on time. Bus very comfortable. Swimming at Ik Kil was great. The tour at the ruins was phenomenal. Very educational. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, I am a history teacher. Got great photos for my class for this school year. The only thing I would change is try to reverse the order. Tour first due to heat and swim last to cool off. All in all a great tour.
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and excursions. Next time we'll be looking for you again.
A little confusing how things worked at first but turned out nicely. They were organized and friendly throughout the whole experience.
This was a great day out, myself and my wife have enjoyed swimming in Sinking hole, good food in Mexican restaurant and obviously the Chichen Itza. This is an amazing place with lots of history, which you will find out from very friendly tour guide. Also I will recommend to by all souvenirs there on the market as a village people will charge you les than in Cancun shops or market. But make sure you never pay asking price, always give them 40% less or walk away. Believe me it works every time as they always start with double prices.
The bus was very comfortable and we had a good journey bout way's. Except my wife, she forgot her iPhone in the bus. But when we contact this company and told them that we forgot phone, they told us that they will look for and when they found they contacted our hotel and dropped off next day. That exactly what happened, my wife was very excited when they returned our phone.
I would definitely recommend this company, as this is a great experience and it nice to be around honest people.

I would have liked a little more time at Chichen Itza thought and less at the cenote. We didn't had enought time to visit the whole site.

Guide was very knowledgable. Chichen Itza well worth the travel time from the Riviera Maya. Loved Ik Kil & the swim there. Lovely scenery.
Our tour guide was great (I think his name was Raymundo), he knew a lot of information about the Mayans and their lifestyle, which helped enhance our visit to Chichen Itza. The stop at Ik-kil Cenote was amazing and we are so happy we got to swim in such a beautiful natural area.
I read mixed reviews and was a bit skeptical about the tour, not knowing what to expect. After reaching Cancun I saw large colorful luxury "Experiencias Xcaret" tour bus leaving the resort and started to wonder if I booked right!
The day of the tour, we waited for our pick up and Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! An "Experiencias Xcaret" luxury coach pulls up and the gentleman read out my family's name. That was the start to a great day. The tour operation in Cancun is a marvel in logistics. Tourists are brought toegther to a transit place from across the city, tagged and asked to board the appropriate tour bus. Marvelous management.
And then the tour itself was very pleasant. We had Victor as our tour guide and he spoke good English and kept us engaged through the day. The arrangements were very good, with a good lunch at the cenote. Day was long, but the tour operators provided a superlative experience!
